March 5th

8:45 – 8oz 3.25% milk, 1 scoop of protein powder

1:30 – 1 chicken breast, 1 bag of iceberg salad, 1 large cucumber

2:30 – 1 pint of grape tomatoes

7:30 – 3 eggs, 6 bacon, cheddar cheese

8:20 – 400ml 3.25% milk, 1.5 scoops of protein powder

 

The protein powder I’m using is Dynmatize Elite Protein Powder, it’s gluten free 🙂

Workout:

3×3 Back Squat at 155

3×1 Power Clean at 135

Competition on Saturday, so that’s my last workout of the week 🙂
