Breakfast (7:00am) 3 eggs, 3 bacon, cheese and 1 tablespoon of salsa

12:00 – one large cucumber, 1 pint of grape tomatoes

1:00 – one chicken breast, one bag of salad
7:00pm – ground beef, lettuce
Post Workout – mashed potatoes and sour cream
