Breakfast – 2 poached eggs, half southwest salad (premade in a bag), 3 bacon
Lunch – enormous salad with half pint of grape tomato, 4 bacon slices, half a cucumber, one green pepper, shredded cheddar cheese
Snacks – half a cucumber, half a cup of yogurt

No dinner, bad I know. It was poor planning on my part with work an such
