Breakfast – 2 eggs 3 bacon
Lunch – grass fed burger pickle lettuce tomato mayo Dijon mustard no bun
Dinner – chicken breast stuffed with 4 asparagus and Brie cheese
Snacks – one large cucumber one tablespoon ceasar dressing
Crackers with Brie cheese

Workout
Overhead Squat 3×3 @ 75#
Shoulder Press 1×3 @ 75#
WOD
Weight Carry – one end of the gym and back. Can only move one weight at time, one burpee in between each set
4×45# plate 2×45# kettlebell
