Breakfast- 4 poached eggs, shredded cheese, 1 tablespoon salsa

Lunch – chicken breast stuffed with asparagus and brie cheese, one large cucumber, one green pepper, 2 tablespoons of ceasar dressing

Dinner – one sweet potato, one chicken breast

Snacks during the day – 1 pint of grape tomatoes, 4 cutie clementines, 2 green tea
