Breakfast – 3 poached eggs, 4 bacon, cheese and salsa

Lunch – one large cucumber, one chicken breast stuffed with asparagus and brie cheese

Dinner – one sweet potatoe, one chicken breast

Snacks – 2 green tea, one coffee with milk

 

Workout –

5×5 back squat at 165#

 

That was all. Long day at work and I was tired.
