New Programming :)

Breakfast – 4 poached eggs, 3 bacon, 2 pieces of buttered toast

Lunch – ground beef, lettuce, red onion, tomato

Dinner – no beuno, had work done on my teeth and my mouth is too sore to even think about eating

Workout – Day One of Wendler 5/3/1

Squat – 5×130# 5×150 7×170

Deadlift 5×5 155#

Weight Carry Metcon

2 – 45# plates, 2-35# plates, 2- 35# kettlebells

3 Rounds 1 minute rest in between

Carry all weight from one side of the gym to the other one at time. 2 plates have to go overhead, 2 carried at chest.

Round 1 – 2:16, 2- 2:09, 3- 2:19
