Day 7??

Breakfast : leftover chicken wings
Lunch: chili with 1tablespoon sour cream
Dinner: 2 burger patties with lettuce, tomato, pickle and 2 tablespoon sour cream

Snacks: gluten free chips 2 servings worth

Gym:
5×5 squats at 115
Bench press technique work
10×2 strict pull ups with 2 thick purple bands

New program for the gym starting up Tuesday 🙂
