Feeling Strong!

Breakfast – milk and cereal
Lunch- duck and one cucumber
Dinner – pictured below

So basically I didn’t eat anything after 1130 and very minimal water in order to make weight tonight. My diet has been very repetitive the past month or so while drinking an obscene amount of water.
Today I had to weigh in and then it was about crushing carbs and replenishing electrolytes in anyway I could without making myself feel sluggish! And crush carbs I did! I didn’t eat it all 🙂 there was waaaaay to much!

Competition tomorrow yeyeye!
