Y.O.L.O!

Fell asleep probably around 12 or so. Light out by 11:30, took me a bit to get to sleep. Woke up around 4:30 or so. Had the worst nightmare! Oh yikes! It felt so real! Went back to sleep around 5 I would say to be back up for 7:45.

Breakfast – 4 poached eggs (my new obsession) 2 pieces of toast

Lunch – Duck, one green pepper, one cucumber, 3 tablespoons of Greek feta dressing

Dinner – Pork loin and rice

Snacking:  One tomato, half a cucumber, 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing

No workout today, just went into the gym and did some mobility and rolling.. 2 sleeps away!
