Back at it!

After checking out Kendyl and Christina’s blog I decided it’s time to get back on track and keep myself accountable again.

Ultimate goal is to increase muscle mass, but it never hurts to shed some unwanted body fat t the same time 🙂

Goals include:

265# back squat
330# Deadlift
100# press
Pull ups!
Thin purple band for dips
5km run sub 25min
5km row sub 25 min.

My strength goals I’m looking to hit around the end of June, beginning of July.

Other goals looking towards end of April.

I have an amazing trip planned Costa Rica in April, so I want to be looking my best by then!
