March 16th – Stitches and Baby WODS
So- my back has been cut into and I now have 5 stitches in my back. Doctor advised me against any time in the gym for the next two weeks, but that won’t happen.
I absolutely plan to take it easy until my stitches come out. There is going to be lots of running and rowing and baby WODS happening.
I have to be careful, as I won’t be getting the proper fuel to be doing regular metcons.
