My body is starting to get back on track – just need to work on getting my appetite back now, thankfully.
Felt strong at the gym on Thursday, so hopefully things start going up from here! Time to get back on track my programs and focus on strength. The game plan is to do a metcon today, one on Monday and then to get back on the strength program.
Today’s WOD is:
Double Unders and Sit – Ups
Finished with a time of 6:24, thats almost four minutes off my original time of 10:09. Yay me!
Ditching the Olympic Lifting program and going to do the Starting Strength program. Going to focus on strength for a bit and then Aaron and I going do an actual lifting class with a coach in Toronto.
