Today seems like a good WOD – not feeling 100% yet, but its time to get back into the swing of things!
25# over head lunges
3 Unbroken clean and jerks 95#
Time to put my game face back on boys and girls!
Finished at 13:58, subbed the 95# for 85#, I’m just not at 100% yet. Lesson of the day for me: stop underestimating workouts 🙂
