After a long weekend in Cambridge and a pretty decent workout on Saturday, I opted for a stretching and technique day.
65#x6 – no problems – perfect form
85#x9 – felt solid, still need to work on exploding at that second lift and keeping my elbows up
After that, the abuse I put my body though on the weekend took over and it shut down on me. I stretched for a bit and called it a day. Rest was needed.
