Post Valentine’s WOD:

Pull Ups 10×5 green primal band, second and hopefully last attempt.

Back to Mike’s Gym Program.

3 Position Cleans – 2×3 @65#, 4×3 @ 70#

Rack Jerks – 2×3@65#, 4×3@70#

Clean Pulls – 2×5@85#, 3×5#90#

Romanian Deadlift – 5×8@75#

I’m starting back to the beginning of the Olympic Lifting program. Saturdays and Sundays I’m going to add in a shorter metcon.
